Marketing Manager in hybrid role at Stickerstars developing campaigns for community-oriented sticker albums. Engaging with local sports and clubs to increase brand visibility and collaboration.
Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the strategic and operational marketing for our “local” sports and club projects: concept development, planning and execution of campaigns across all relevant channels (social media, paid media, owned & earned media)
You will create, prepare and repurpose content for our clubs — texts, video, graphics — together with the Content team
You will manage and drive the further development of our social media channels and actively participate in developing new formats and content
You will work closely with our LOKAL team and support client projects on all marketing-related matters
You will independently design and manage impactful marketing campaigns, professionally support our partners, win new collaborations and ensure smooth implementation and distribution of all media activities
You will monitor the market, competitors and trends, and continuously contribute new ideas
Requirements
Initial practical experience (approx. 1–2 years) in marketing — e.g., at agencies, startups or companies, preferably with a connection to sports, clubs or communities
Enjoy telling stories: you have a good sense of language, an eye for design and understand how brands create emotional impact
Curiosity about new trends, formats and channels — you like to experiment and think beyond traditional marketing paths
First exposure to performance marketing & paid ads (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and a desire to develop further in this area
Experience in the conception, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns and an understanding of how to make success measurable
A basic understanding of data-driven marketing and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful actions
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
You live in Berlin or are able to come to the office at least once a week.
