About the role
- Retention Marketing Intern assisting the marketing team with engagement strategies through email and SMS campaigns. Analyzing data and contributing to customer retention initiatives at REVOLVE.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in scheduling and coordinating email, SMS, and TikTok shop campaigns
- Contribute to loyalty program initiatives by assisting in the revamp of the loyalty email series, enhancing customer engagement and retention
- Assist in compiling and analyzing email performance reports, as well as preparing detailed weekly presentation decks
- Identify issues and inefficiencies within various triggered email series and implement design improvements or AB tests
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
- Basic understanding of retention marketing, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Prior internship or coursework in digital or email marketing (preferred)
- Experience in email marketing platforms and Tableau (preferred)
- HTML knowledge (a plus, preferred)
