Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities using tools like SEMrush, cold outreach, and multichannel approaches (phone, LinkedIn, email, social media).
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through closing, with a focus on online publishers in the travel and retail verticals.
Engage with director-level and C-suite contacts to establish Stay22 as a trusted partner within the affiliate ecosystem.
Support Stay22’s strategic growth by driving our entry and expansion into the retail and activities segments.
Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging accelerator programs for outstanding performance.
Multilingual candidates are highly valued as we expand into new international markets.
Work independently within a small, agile team, demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and initiative.
Requirements
1–3 years of sales experience selling to SMB to mid-market customers, ideally within online publishing or a related sector.
Proven success in a full-cycle sales environment, including prospecting, presentations, and deal closing.
Solid understanding of online advertising, affiliate marketing, and publisher needs (a strong asset).
Comfortable using SEMrush, CRMs, and multichannel sales approaches.
Multilingualism is a significant advantage given our international presence. A good command of English is required for daily communication with international clients and colleagues.
