Responsibilities
engage project teams to understand client needs
capture business decisions and requirements in a detailed manner
analyze business processes to identify pain-points, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
develop a solid understanding of the Oracle delivered business processes as part of the Hire to Retire lifecycle within Oracle Fusion HCM
conduct workshops to elicit business requirements
participate in refining system solutions and demonstrate system functions/features to business
facilitate and coordinate user acceptance testing
participate in testing activities such as test case creation, test execution, and issue resolution
support cross-functional programs and projects that may include IT, Dashboards and Reporting, Payroll, Finance, Project Accounting, and other areas as required
follow BPM practices and guidelines
work with colleagues to improve those practices and guidelines
assist with day-to-day operational issues
adhere to Stantec policies and practices
Requirements

Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting etc. or similar ERP applications such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Ceridian, UKG
Experience as a Business Analyst in a large organization (preferred)
Experience with documentation and work tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office suite (preferred)
Experience building test cases and performing testing with tools such as QTest (preferred)
Experience with agile development practices (preferred)
Post-secondary degree, ideally related to Business or Management Information Systems
