Responsibilities
Provide operational and service support to the Channel team, including ownership and coordination of partner-related service issues
Monitor, troubleshoot, and support data feeds, reporting, and operational workflows tied to channel relationships
Partner with Channel Sales to support deal execution, onboarding activities, and ongoing partner needs
Coordinate with Client Service, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to drive timely issue resolution
Track and analyze channel activity, service trends, and operational metrics
Maintain and update internal documentation related to processes, data flows, and partner-specific requirements
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives across the Channel organization as needed
Requirements
Strong service orientation with experience in a client-facing or internal support role
Comfortable working with data, systems, and operational processes
Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and cross-functional partners
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal
