About the role
- Lead Business Systems Analyst in IT consulting, focusing on requirements gathering and system testing. Collaborate with stakeholders for effective system design and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, coordinating with business users to validate solutions.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and QA testers.
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and review sessions with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT).
- Hands-on experience with test script creation and execution.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
