Requirements
- Monitor operations in real time, tracking KPIs, instabilities, and events that may impact the customer experience;
- Analyze incident and occurrence records, identifying deviations and risks of loss in the operation;
- Lead and propose strategies to reduce losses, monitoring the effectiveness of implemented actions (Loss Recovery);
- Structure and monitor reports with operational and risk indicators, producing analyses and inputs for decision-making;
- Map processes and identify operational gaps, proposing continuous improvements focused on efficiency and risk mitigation;
- Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify root causes of losses and opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and refine metrics and indicators that support risk management;
- Work closely with different areas to ensure an integrated view of the operation and support action plans;
- Lead projects with business and technology teams, ensuring continuous evolution of processes and tools.
- Responsibilities:
- Prior experience with data analysis applied to operations/logistics or related areas;
- Advanced Excel (structuring and analyzing large volumes of data);
- Experience with operational and business KPIs;
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar);
- Analytical profile, able to turn data into insights and actionable direction;
- Experience in dynamic environments with high volume and need for rapid response;
- Ability to prioritize, sense of urgency, and deliver within deadlines.
