Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of event execution, including project plans, timelines, budgets and forecasts, as well as vendor sourcing and negotiation.
Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to align on account priorities, targets and lead management.
Coordinate promotion and the attendee journey across content, branding and digital channels, including invitations and communication plans.
Manage assets and merchandise, including booth inventory and signage.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B event management or field marketing with extensive event ownership, ideally in SaaS, industrial tech, or other complex B2B environments.
Proven responsibility for full event lifecycles across formats, including trade shows and smaller executive formats.
Strong project management skills.
Commercial mindset with budget responsibility and strong vendor negotiation skills.
Understanding of pipeline processes and close collaboration with sales.
