- Product Operations Specialist in the Enterprise Data Organization enhancing API and data services for efficient operations at S&P Global. Collaborating with teams to optimize data delivery and client integration processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized file configurations tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for API integrations.
- Deliver technical consultancy to facilitate smooth API integration processes, and data sharing into warehouse solutions, including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery and Databricks.
- Lead client migration projects from legacy systems to our Data Delivery platform.
- Champion process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Manage monthly KPI reporting, generating insights from operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Identify and specify application issues, collaborating with Product & Development teams for improvements.
- Engage proactively with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Facilitate the Agile process for prioritization, coordination, and planning within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in API integration and programming skills in Python, Java, JSON, SQL, XML.
- Knowledge of data warehouse solutions, including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery and Databricks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical troubleshooting background.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with operational tooling and automation techniques.
- Proficient understanding of software systems and enterprise application development.
- Experience in AzureDevOps, Splunk, Salesforce, MS Excel, and PowerBI.
- Ability to generate insights from operational metrics and drive performance improvements.
