About the role
- Assist in product operations at Renner ensuring key process execution and brand support. Required to have strong teamwork and communication skills with Excel proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to brands, assisting with registration systems, item validation, and requesting and releasing samples;
- Guide the handling and routing of system errors, support tax classification and the completion of product technical data sheets;
- Evaluate purchase orders considering legal impacts in cases of import/export;
- Verify and input item information for LATAM exports, including liaison with customs brokers and validation of export prerequisites and PASSIN classification.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, International Relations or related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Enjoy working in a team and demonstrate proactivity;
- Good communication skills; responsible and organized with deadlines;
- English and Spanish desirable (basic/intermediate).
