Responsibilities
Understand the business;
Execute and monitor product operational routines;
Support backlog management, SLAs and demand queues;
Support initial analysis, incident tracking and prioritization alongside Product Managers (PMs);
Assist in identifying systemic failures and collecting technical evidence;
Support log review and incident analysis;
Support process mapping, improvement and automation;
Contribute to creating manuals, documentation and presentations;
Work collaboratively with Product and Operations teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field: Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology or similar;
Strong knowledge of Excel;
Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle);
Basic experience with API testing (Postman or Bruno);
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate;
Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
Familiarity with Jira or Kanban tools;
Interest in automation, technology and continuous improvement.
