Senior Head of EMEA OEM Sales driving automotive sales growth across Europe. Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team while expanding key OEM partnerships.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the EMEA OEM sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Own the OEM sales forecast, pipeline, and deal execution across European markets.
Identify and prioritize high-growth OEM accounts and expansion opportunities across products and services.
Lead, mentor, and develop the EMEA OEM Sales team, setting clear commercial objectives and performance metrics.
Drive disciplined sales execution, including pipeline management, deal reviews, and forecast accuracy.
Act as executive sponsor for key OEM accounts and strategic deals.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers at European automotive OEMs.
Lead and support large, complex negotiations and contract closures.
Monitor automotive and mobility market trends to anticipate customer demand and competitive dynamics.
Provide market feedback to product teams to support portfolio evolution and pricing strategies.
Requirements
Extensive experience in senior OEM sales or commercial leadership roles.
Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth with automotive OEMs across Europe.
Demonstrated experience leading regional or international sales teams and managing complex sales cycles.
Deep understanding of OEM procurement, sourcing, and decision-making processes.
Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate and close high-value, multi-year agreements.
Strategic, data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
Fluency in English is required; German or French is strongly preferred. Additional European languages are an advantage.
