Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires
Set up employees in our HR system
Coordinate equipment and access with IT
Ensure a smooth and welcoming first-day experience
Provide general administrative HR support
Manage office supplies (ordering snacks, drinks, and materials)
Coordinate weekly team lunch (e.g., Thursday lunch)
Organize and coordinate monthly Town Halls
Support internal events
Help maintain a well-organized and pleasant office space
Requirements
Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Proactive and hands-on attitude
Comfortable handling confidential information
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Available to start in May, 32 hours per week
