About the role
- Senior Business Analyst at Sparq, collaborating on digital properties modernization and analyzing business processes. Working alongside a Lead Business Analyst to deliver integrated requirements and ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- The Senior Business Analyst will work alongside a Lead Business Analyst to support requirements gathering and organization for digital properties modernization
- Analyzing complex cross-functional business processes and translating them into clear, integrated requirements in collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders
- Ensure the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results
- Communicate with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project statuses
- Drive the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements; upon implementation, drive knowledge transfer to client stakeholders
- Create/revise/execute deliverables using industry standard techniques including but not limited to: Process maps, Data flow diagrams, Requirements specifications, Use case scenarios, Acceptance testing
- Develop, monitor and track plans to create the BA deliverables on an assigned project
Requirements
- Freight industry experience is a plus
