Responsibilities
You'll work directly with hiring managers and own the end to end talent process for open roles, including talent brand, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
You'll have a high degree of autonomy in how you structure your recruitment practice and day-to-day, while retaining a clear understanding of long term objectives and your role in the team's success.
You will advise hiring managers and senior leadership on best practices and act as an internal champion of the Talent function, with assistance from your manager, the TA Lead.
You will get the chance to work extensively on talent projects and process, in close collaboration with your hiring partners and the People Ops team, in order to ensure high talent density and robust data/reporting.
You'll receive clear big-picture goals and actionable feedback and work in a team where your opinions and expertise are valued.
Requirements
5+ years total in Talent Acquisition, with 2+ years working in-house in the tech industry.
Experience working with a high requisition load and urgent hiring needs, and being measured against KPIs like time-to-hire and hires per quarter.
Experience hiring for Software Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Success, Sales/GTM, Marketing, Executive, People + Talent, and Finance roles.
Worked in a startup or scale-up SaaS environment and be comfortable with rapid pace, high ambiguity, and quick pivots.
Capable of dealing with high volume of both inbound roles and proactive outbound sourcing.
Able to work independently with hiring managers and advise on best modern TA practices, can act as a thought partner in hiring.
Understands Talent Operations and is able to effectively use reporting and data to iterate on their recruitment practice.
Experience with a modern ATS system like Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.
