About the role

Responsibilities
- Operational support in planning, organizing and executing online seminars
- Maintenance of seminar schedules, formats, speaker and participant information
- Assistance with participant and event management
- Support in coordinating technical requirements, speakers and internal stakeholders
- Maintenance and updating of seminar and online content on the website and platforms
- Support with publishing content in the CMS
- Assistance with social media activities according to clear guidelines
- Support for CRM processes related to inquiries and bookings
Requirements
- Completed degree or comparable practical experience
- Excellent command of German, written and spoken
- Good command of English
- Initial experience or strong interest in online topics, seminars or digital learning
- Structured, reliable and meticulous working style
- Confident, friendly and team-oriented manner
- Enjoyment of organization, implementation and collaboration
