Shape and execute strategies that drive sustainable market growth, revenue performance, and profitability for Triton Hearing
Oversee the commercial success of our hearing clinics across Northland, Auckland, and the Waikato
Lead, motivate, and empower clinic teams to achieve revenue goals
Deliver outstanding client experiences
Cultivate a positive, high‑performing workplace culture
Provide strong, engaging leadership across a large and geographically diverse region
Coach and develop teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving consistent performance throughout the North region
Requirements
Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams, ideally within a retail healthcare environment
A strong customer and commercial focus, with a history of consistently achieving or surpassing business targets
A calm, pragmatic leadership style and a genuine commitment to cross‑functional collaboration
Confidence navigating ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift
A consultative, strategic approach to driving business growth and enhancing operational performance
