About the role
- Supply Chain Systems Analyst at Sonos responsible for redesigning Anaplan models for supply chain planning. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance and enhance planning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and build of a consolidated Anaplan model to replace two legacy supply chain planning models.
- Architect scalable solutions supporting demand planning, supply planning, capacity management, inventory optimization, and scenario modeling.
- Translate business requirements into efficient dimensional model structures, including lists, hierarchies (SKU, location, time), and modules.
- Develop and maintain complex formulas supporting safety stock logic, constraints, lead times, and capacity utilization.
- Partner with Data/IT teams to ensure clean integrations with ERP systems and data platforms.
- Own master data maintenance processes and support ongoing planning cycles (forecasting, S&OP, inventory planning).
- Optimize model performance, conduct impact analysis, and reduce technical debt.
- Document model design and ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices, governance, and ALM standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience.
- Willingness to work collaboratively across global time zones.
- Demonstrated experience building or redesigning supply chain or operations planning models (e.g., demand, supply, inventory, capacity).
- Advanced proficiency in Anaplan dimensional modeling, formula writing, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing master data structures including product, location, and time hierarchies.
- Experience supporting cross-functional planning processes such as S&OP or operational forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently execute complex assignments.
- Anaplan Model Builder certification (Level 2 or equivalent practical expertise).
