Analyst guiding educational onboarding processes for schools leveraging a digital educational platform. Collaborating with product teams and providing training and support for educational advisors.
Responsibilities
Guide partner schools through the onboarding process and ensure engagement with our educational platform through in-person and remote training;
Support pedagogical advisory teams in promoting platform engagement at schools;
Maintain deep knowledge of the product and its updates, as well as specific requirements for each Business Unit;
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to report improvements, identify bugs, and ensure continuous evolution of the solutions;
Act as a strategic and operational bridge between the Business Units and the company’s Digital team;
Diagnose specific pain points of the Business Units, aligning product strategy with internal process redesign;
Play an active role in engaging and supporting advisory teams (trainings, weekly meetings, and production of materials);
Provide reactive support to advisory requests, resolving and routing cases via groups (Teams and WhatsApp);
Participate in Business Unit events;
Deliver trainings and office-hour support (remote and in-person) for schools;
Conduct on-site visits to at-risk (churn) and engagement-focused schools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Pedagogy, Educational Management, Educational Technology, or related fields;
Experience with digital platforms and ease navigating new interfaces and tools;
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, with a strong sense of urgency for requests;
Knowledge of agile methodologies;
Experience delivering trainings, digital support, and workshops.
Analytical capacity to manage conflicts, solve complex problems, and address critical questions;
Proactive, hands-on attitude, creativity, and interpersonal flexibility for negotiations and course corrections;
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong didactic skills for conducting trainings;
Customer-focused.
Knowledge of school organizational structures.
