About the role
- Optimisation Analyst Intern improving customer experience through data analysis at an award-winning investment platform. Collaborates with teams to enhance user journeys and maximize conversions.
Responsibilities
- Analyse user experience data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation. Support with a/b testing and other methods to validate hypotheses and measure performance.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of CRO strategies for improving conversion rates across our digital products, including web and mobile platforms.
- Work with design and development teams where appropriate to enhance user experience by identifying and addressing pain points in user journeys.
- Support with preparing reports for CRO experiments and campaigns, gathering insights and recommendations that can be presented to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product, UX design, UX research, and engineering, to align optimisation efforts with broader business goals.
- Be willing to learn about industry trends and best practices and apply them to drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.
- Be willing to learn technical basics about how websites work and how we use digital analytics tools like Google Analytics to analyse user behaviour and report on the work we do.
- You will need to dive into using different platforms and software to complete your work and you will need to take a proactive approach to your own learning if you want to get the most out of this experience.
Requirements
- To be eligible to work in the UK
- To be over 18 years old as of 1st September 2026
- To be a 2nd year student in a full-time undergraduate degree with an industry placement year, in a subject relevant to this role
- To have achieved a minimum of 104 UCAS points at A-level (grades BCC) or an equivalent (e.g., BTEC DMM) qualification
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) grades A* to C (new grades 9 to 4)
