About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tracking strategies to measure and optimize marketing and communication activities for savings banks and affiliated partners
- Contribute ideas for designing and evolving a future-proof web analytics and tracking platform and provide fitting recommendations
- Evaluate, test and pilot new web-tracking technologies
- Support the advancement of a standardized tracking library in close collaboration with web development teams and take on smaller implementation tasks
- Configure, implement and continuously improve web tracking and tag management under guidance
- Competently support clients and stakeholders on tracking, web analytics and data quality questions and present technical matters in an easily understandable way
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience or corresponding internships/projects
- Familiar with web development (JavaScript; TypeScript is an advantage)
- Proficient with the Google Marketing Platform, especially Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics; experience with Google Ads or other tracking and campaign tools is a plus
- Sensitive handling of privacy-compliant tracking solutions and able to implement requirements accordingly
- Strong communication skills, confident in consulting and able to present technical requirements clearly
- Curious, eager to learn and motivated to quickly get up to speed with new technologies, tools and tracking approaches.
