About the role
- Analyst supporting Private Wealth Latin America Team at Blue Owl managing distributor relationships and sales reporting. Collaborating across multiple teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with International Client Solutions (ICS), Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Global Portfolio Strategy & Solutions (GPSS) teams to support Latin America initiatives
- Support seamless fund onboarding, product launches, and distributor enablement through effective coordination across internal teams and third parties
- Support regulatory, compliance, and due diligence processes for Latin America Offshore distributors and investors
- Assist with the preparation of summaries, talking points, and internal briefing materials for senior team members and leadership
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for inbound distributor and investor requests
- Support sales reporting and trade reconciliation for offshore funds
- Assist with recurring sales reporting, analytics, and internal performance tracking across Latin America and US Offshore channels
- Maintain CRM systems for Latin America home office and advisor contacts
- Support broader CRM and Salesforce initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably within an alternative/traditional asset manager, investment bank, or management consulting firm
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
- Fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese strongly preferred
- Interest in building a long‑term career within private markets and wealth distribution
- Series 7 and Series 63, preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred but not required
