Responsibilities
Close collaboration with the Social Media, Account Management and Project Management teams.
Advising on paid media strategies for major brands in Germany.
Planning, executing and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
Reporting on relevant channel KPIs and reviewing results with clients.
Strategically developing the team's paid media offerings.
Consulting on internal campaigns, e.g., product marketing and employer branding.
Requirements
Analytical mindset when working with numbers.
Reflective thinking and strong teamwork skills.
At least 3 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing.
Solid knowledge of ad managers such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and others.
Experience with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Understanding of funnel logic, conversion optimization and customer journeys.
Good proficiency in German and English.
