Responsibilities
derive insights and drive business strategy and success
formulate the full picture by tying together seemingly disparate data points from multiple sources
drive experimentation & strategic insights to optimize every aspect of the customer’s experience
collaborate with cross-functional teams across both product domains and core business operations
assist in translating business needs or questions into hypotheses that can be tested through data analysis or experimentation
Requirements
2+ years of experience generating insights to drive business actions
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing
A cross-functional collaborator who can work across a team with diverse skills and abilities
Ability to manipulate and synthesize data from large and sometimes unwieldy data into a cohesive story
Experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
Experience in designing and developing dashboards & reports by using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.
Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, etc.
Experience with digital analytics using tools such as Adobe analytics is a plus
