Responsibilities

- Act as a central coordination point between sales teams, operations, logistics, installation partners, and other internal stakeholders.
- Translate commercial agreements into structured operational processes to ensure efficient implementation and delivery.
- Support the setup and launch of new commercial packages and service offerings, ensuring they can be implemented and scaled within the organization.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize operational workflows related to commercial projects, and work with internal teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential operational bottlenecks, and proactively ensure projects stay on track.
- Facilitate clear communication between commercial teams and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- A structured and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on improving processes and operational efficiency.
- Experience in project coordination, sales operations, commercial project management, or a similar role is a plus.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, operations, logistics, and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align different stakeholders toward a common goal.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
