Responsibilities

Requirements
Technician or Engineer in Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience supervising technical service teams in the energy or technology sector
Knowledge of solar inverters, BESS systems, and Chilean electrical regulations
Strong diagnostic skills for photovoltaic and battery storage systems
Experience working with ticketing systems and ERP platforms
Native Spanish speaker; English at intermediate to advanced level
