Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for Business Systems supporting DTC and B2B channels
Align initiatives to revenue growth, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability
Drive a platform mindset across ERP and integrated systems, reducing fragmentation and manual work
Balance immediate operational needs with long-term system architecture and scalability
Own and evolve systems supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Inventory Management
Partner with Production and Operations teams to improve workflows, demand planning, and inventory accuracy
Lead feature development across B2B order management and lifecycle events
Ensure consistency and scalability across all sales channels
Own system-level performance metrics across business systems
Leverage data to continuously optimize system performance and workflows
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner with Engineering to deliver high-impact solutions
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience in business systems, ERP, or supply chain domains
Strong understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management workflows
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite required)
Ability to translate complex operational processes into scalable product solutions
Proven track record of improving operational KPIs through product and system enhancements
Background in apparel, retail, or consumer goods (preferred)
Experience working with WMS, EDI, and supply chain integrations (preferred)
Experience in multi-channel and global operations environments (preferred)
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills (preferred)
