Responsibilities
Own technical discovery and solution recommendations for enterprise accounts — lead deep discovery across pre-sale, implementation and post-launch to translate customer systems and workflows into clear solutions.
Deliver high impact enterprise implementations — design and drive implementations across CRM integrations, APIs, SDKs, data pipelines, recording automation, and downstream workflows with a strong bias for outcomes.
Build and prototype new use cases — write code, develop POCs and create reference implementations that validate approaches, de-risk integrations and inform Siro’s product direction.
Shape the platform through customer discovery — identify repeatable patterns across customers and partner with Product and Engineering to turn them into scalable platform improvements — not long-tail custom solutions.
Be the technical face of Siro for the enterprise — build trust with technical and business stakeholders through credible guidance, live problem-solving and tradeoff-driven decision-making.
Help build Siro’s Solutions Engineering function — define best practices, engagement models and technical standards as the function scales.
Requirements
4+ years in technical, customer-facing engineering roles (forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, etc)
Strong fluency in APIs, CRM systems, SDKs, and data workflows
Comfortable writing and reading production-quality code to build prototypes, integrations, and reference implementations in collaboration with Engineering
Strong architectural instincts — comfortable whiteboarding systems and reasoning through tradeoffs in real time
Ability to work equally well with deeply technical partners and non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional written and verbal communication — comfortable authoring docs, architectures and presenting to executives at Fortune 500 companies.
