Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and integrations across Aevi’s IT systems
- Translate operational and business requirements into secure and scalable automation solutions
- Develop and implement integrations supporting identity, access, and lifecycle management across platforms
- Leverage AI-enabled automation capabilities, ensuring secure usage and protection of sensitive data
- Automate security, compliance, and operational event processing
- Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize IT processes through automation
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities and compliance requirements
- Promote automation best practices and reusable frameworks across the IT ecosystem
- Document workflows, integrations, and automation architecture to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)
- Strong understanding of identity and access management, particularly Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with Atlassian platform tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Assets, Rovo, and automation workflows
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Microsoft Graph API
- Strong ability to analyze processes and translate requirements into automation solutions
- Understanding of IT security and compliance principles, including access control, data protection, and audit requirements
- Experience designing secure, compliant, and scalable automation workflows
- Strong communication and documentation skills
