About the role

Responsibilities
- Owning the platform roadmap across infrastructure, reusable components, and vertical solutions
- Building the business case for each component
- Aligning with commercial leaders to define which components best support market needs
- Running regular feedback loops with engineering teams
- Keeping a close eye on ongoing AI projects
- Aligning multiple subsidiaries around a shared platform vision
- Preparing and presenting roadmap proposals to the AI committee
- Scoping components and coordinating with delivery managers
- Managing each asset through its full lifecycle
- Making sure the platform keeps up with a shifting AI landscape
- Cooperating with technology and cloud vendors
Requirements
- Managing products or platforms for 5+ years, ideally including internal tooling, developer platforms, or reusable component libraries
- Comfortable in AI, data, or other technical domains
- Building business cases that account for strategic fit, sales impact, delivery speed, and reusability across the group
- Aligning stakeholders who don't share a reporting line, budget, or set of priorities
- Presenting to senior leadership clearly
- Thinking across systems and projects
- Caring about the usability of the products built
- Communicating fluently in English, Hungarian is an advantage
- Willing to travel occasionally, primarily to Finland and other European offices
