About the role

  • Lead Product Owner driving consumer experience and platform innovation at Kimberly-Clark. Collaborating with teams to enhance digital experiences and manage product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Define platform vision and strategy
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmap for platform development and innovation
  • Conduct research to identify market trends and customer pain points
  • Define platform objectives and key results
  • Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Partner with segment PMs, UX leads and engineering teams
  • Drive value through feature enhancements and user testing
  • Lead communication of platform performance
  • Manage and prioritize platform backlog
  • Set sprint goals and facilitate backlog refinement
  • Lead planning of platform releases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • Certification in product management
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • 5+ years in platform management
  • Experience in large-scale digital ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of digital experience platforms, architecture, and API-led integration
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, cloud services, and federated platform models
  • Strong grasp of security, privacy, and accessibility standards for global platforms
  • Proven leadership in engineering or platform strategy roles, ideally in global organizations
  • Experience managing platform roadmaps and prioritizing global demand
  • Hands-on exposure to DevOps and software development lifecycle
