Product Manager responsible for strategic development for account management at Sicredi. Engaging teams and cooperatives to achieve strategic objectives in account openings and user journeys.
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager you will create a strategic vision for your product, understanding the Membership journey and contributing to the simplification of registration data and the evolution of onboarding to meet the needs of our individual (PF) and corporate (PJ) members in their journey of account opening and relationship initiation, as well as evangelize this vision within CAS, engaging teams from other areas to execute the strategy.
It is also your responsibility to design and execute the tracking of product metrics, using them as the basis for backlog prioritization, understanding our users’ needs and how we can deliver solutions to address them in line with Sicredi’s strategic objectives.
Therefore, it is very important that you know how to build and communicate product strategy, work together with the cooperatives and translate it into the team backlog, as well as monitor and make decisions based on CAS’s strategic objectives and the area’s tactical goals.
Interaction with the Cooperatives will be part of your daily routine and through this contact we can support new business and the relationship with the Member.

Experience making decisions about features and backlog prioritization;
Experience not only in the Delivery phase of the product lifecycle, but also in Discovery, hypothesis validation and business definition;
Ability to identify the minimum viable product (MVP): which are the minimal features the product must have to be functional for its users;
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams in the creation of differentiated and innovative products (preferably digital-first);
Analytical capability, strategic and creative thinking;
Ability to identify problems and make agile, well-founded decisions;
Proactivity and initiative;
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with other teams and leadership;
Knowledge of multi-channel customer relationship journeys will be a differential;
