About the role
- Senior Lead Product Manager leading product strategy for Lending Ecosystem & Integrations at Wells Fargo. Responsible for execution, value realization, and cross-LOB alignment.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Lending Ecosystem & Integrations platform

- Provide senior leadership across multiple product areas including onboarding integrations
- Act as the primary product authority for the Lending Ecosystem & Integrations domain
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience
- 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise platforms, integrations, or financial services technology
- Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-system integration ecosystems
- Deep understanding of commercial lending lifecycle
- Strong executive communication and influence skills
- Experience with Loan IQ and large-scale lending platforms integration and transformation programs
