Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and querying data in BI platforms
- Strong data analysis and data processing skills
- Ability to see Sicredi as an integrated organization
- Effective communication to lead discussions with Cooperatives
- Flexibility and resilience to deal with constant change
- Ability to analyze scenarios and develop strategies to improve profitability and scale the business
