Responsibilities
Map, analyze and consolidate results from the existing campaign portfolio for members in the Personal segment, identifying opportunities for optimization, strategy evolution, and performance improvements.
Generate actionable insights on coverage, effectiveness and campaign performance throughout the member lifecycle, ensuring communication reaches the right audience with the appropriate objective, via the most efficient channel and at the moment with the highest propensity to convert.
Monitor and analyze the entire CRM campaign conversion journey, with an integrated funnel view across digital and physical channels, connecting relationship, activation and monetization efforts.
Propose, design and oversee analytical models, A/B tests and experimentation strategies, focusing on efficiency, continuous learning and maximizing campaign results.
Conduct advanced studies and analyses to identify and design growth paths, contributing to increased activation, loyalty and retention of members through communication channels.
Requirements
Solid experience in data analysis and visualization, using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, SAS or similar, focused on generating insights and supporting decision-making.
Proven experience in CRM, Growth or Digital Channels, with direct involvement in campaign analysis, operations and optimization, including management and analysis of mailings, segmentations and communication flows.
Strong analytical ability and strategic mindset, results-oriented with the skill to connect data, member behavior and business objectives.
Experience tracking performance indicators, conversion funnels and lifecycle metrics (activation, engagement, retention and monetization).
Knowledge and practice in conducting A/B tests, experimentation and analytical modeling, with a focus on continuous learning and campaign efficiency.
Collaborative, curious and proactive profile, comfortable working across areas (marketing, product, data, technology) and in multidisciplinary environments.
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, able to translate complex analyses into clear, practical and actionable recommendations for different audiences.
Organization, autonomy and a strong sense of prioritization to operate in a dynamic environment with multiple demands and a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred: experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or similar).
