Responsibilities
Apoiar na criação e disparo de campanhas multicanal (e-mail, push, SMS, entre outros).
Executar segmentações simples de base, conforme instruções da equipe.
Operar as ferramentas de CRM para configuração técnica e envio de comunicações.
Acompanhar métricas básicas de performance como taxa de abertura, clique e conversão.
Apoiar na coleta e organização de dados para relatórios periódicos.
Sinalizar comportamentos atípicos ou desvios nos resultados das campanhas.
Interagir com áreas parceiras (dados, marketing, conteúdo) para alinhar cronogramas e execuções.
Contribuir com sugestões de melhorias operacionais com base na rotina diária.
Participar ativamente das reuniões de alinhamento da área.
Requirements
Formação superior cursando ou completa em Marketing, Administração, Comunicação ou áreas relacionadas.
Disponibilidade para atuar de maneira híbrida na Zona Norte de São Paulo.
Conhecimento básico sobre funil de relacionamento e campanhas digitais.
Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM ou plataformas de disparo de e-mails.
Noções de segmentação de públicos e personalização de mensagens.
Desejável experiência anterior com campanhas de CRM, mesmo que como estágio.
Conhecimento básico de Excel e ferramentas de apresentação.
