About the role

Responsibilities
- Evolve the strategy for allocating third-party technology and administrative professionals, ensuring alignment with CAS needs and market trends.
- Define and refine the build-or-buy strategy and criteria, guiding structured and consistent decisions between internal allocation and third-party sourcing.
- Direct the most appropriate contracting models for each type of demand, especially in software development scopes (fixed scope, pay-for-deliverables, among others), ensuring efficiency, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure third-party professional allocation is strategic, standardized, and efficient, maximizing business value, promoting supplier development, and mitigating risks through governance, metrics, and end-to-end lifecycle management of third parties.
- Ensure requesting areas adhere to the professional allocation strategy, acting consultatively and guiding decisions according to established guidelines.
- Create, monitor, and enhance supplier performance metrics, ensuring visibility of results, service quality, and support for decision-making.
- Direct and oversee managed supplier governance services, including service level management, monitoring cadences, financial management, action plan monitoring, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Lead relationships with professional staffing suppliers, fostering strategic alignment, performance management, and structured issue resolution.
- Encourage supplier evolution and development, driving maturity, technical quality, and adherence to governance models and processes.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with requesting areas, acting as a strategic partner in solution definition, demand prioritization, and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, technology-related fields, or related areas.
- Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- SQL knowledge preferred.
- Experience in IT Governance and Supplier Governance preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
