About the role

  • Intern supporting the purchasing management for Supergasbras, a leading LPG distributor in Brazil. Assisting buyers in procurement processes and supplier interactions.

Responsibilities

  • The Procurement Management team is responsible for ensuring the supply of indirect materials and services required for Supergasbras' operations under the best strategic conditions.
  • Support buyers throughout the procurement process.
  • Liaise with suppliers (domestic and international) during tendering processes.
  • Supplier registration.
  • Monitor the quotation process.
  • Interface with internal clients and other company departments.
  • Support the registration/categorization of materials, services, and platforms.
  • Support in updating the Coordination team's indicators.
  • Assist with other activities of the department.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • Availability to intern 6 hours per day.
  • Computer skills: Excel (Basic/Intermediate), Word and Outlook (Basic/Intermediate).
  • Power BI: Basic/Intermediate.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
  • Intermediate English.
