About the role
- Product Owner driving the evolution of Wholesale Sourcing & Demand system for ERP solutions provider. Ensuring delivery of scalable, data-driven product capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for Sourcing & Demand
- Define, refine, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories
- Lead Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
- Produce high-quality functional and technical specifications aligned with business objectives
- Ensure requirements address data integrity, system scalability, performance, and security
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance backlog quality, analysis, and documentation
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enable data-driven decision-making
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and composable ERP strategy
- Monitor product performance through metrics, user feedback, and operational data
- Contribute to improving user experience and operational workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is an asset
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in enterprise software
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Hands‑on experience in wholesale systems, sales forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP, EDI, and OMS integration workflows
- Prior experience writing clear business and technical requirements
- Exposure to retail/wholesale software modules (Merchandising, Forecasting, Order Management)
- Experience collaborating with remote or cross‑regional teams
