- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (preferred)
- Membership in American College of Healthcare (ACHE) (preferred)
- Membership in Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Certification (preferred)
- 2+ years experience in Pediatric or Specialty care Settings (preferred)
