Responsibilities
Sell the value of ShopBack Ads as a performance driven retail media channel
Acquire new mid market and enterprise FMCG and Alcohol brand partners
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Build and manage a strong new business pipeline with clear focus and prioritisation
Open and develop senior stakeholder relationships with brand and agency partners
Shape how ShopBack Ads is positioned and sold in market through real world feedback
Work closely with internal teams to bring new partners live successfully
Take ownership of commercial outcomes and pipeline performance
Requirements
5 to 8 years experience in business development or media sales
Experience selling advertising, retail media, affiliate, or performance marketing solutions
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to sell value, not just media inventory
Comfortable opening doors and leading senior commercial conversations
Thrives in fast moving environments where products and processes evolve
A self starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
