Responsibilities
Play a mission-critical role in supporting and scaling ServerMania’s global infrastructure operations\n• Overseeing inbound and outbound shipments\n• Managing inventory levels\n• Resolving hardware-related issues\n• Ensuring the timely delivery of customer orders\n• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing\n• Take lead role in managing and evolving the Dedicated Server product line\n• Maintain competitive product standards\n• Support Sales with custom configurations and pricing strategies\n• Coordinate with Facility Providers and manage power usage, cooling requirements, and space planning\n• Perform routine audits of facilities\n• Support incident response in mission-critical events
Requirements
5+ years working in the IaaS community\n• Project Management Certification\n• Working knowledge and demonstrated skill working with hardware\n• Experience with logistics and dealing with shipping companies such as FedEx\n• Excellent English Proficiency\n• Being available on-call 24/7 for emergencies
