HR Specialist overseeing recruitment and HR compliance at a medical device company in Hungary. Supporting local and global HR initiatives while managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Hungarian labor law and company policies.
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with external providers.
Assist in implementing local and global HR initiatives locally.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all local positions and other international ones when needed.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Source candidates using modern recruitment tools and platforms.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, including recruitment and generalist responsibilities
Proven knowledge of Hungarian labor law and HR compliance.
Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
Experience working in an international company or multicultural environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
