Responsibilities
Garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento y la evolución continua del ecosistema HubSpot del cliente, asegurando una base técnica sostenible y escalable (HubSpot Admin)
Diseñar, implementar y optimizar journeys y procesos
Configurar integraciones principalmente nativas y ayudar al cliente a escalar sus capacidades internas
Administrar HubSpot (setup, permisos, propiedades, objetos, pipelines) y asegurar el mantenimiento técnico de la plataforma
Diseñar e implementar workflows y automatizaciones avanzadas para marketing, ventas y service
Gobernar el modelo de datos (objetos clave, relaciones e interdependencias) y velar por la calidad del dato
Definir segmentaciones, criterios de lead scoring y reglas operativas alineadas con negocio
Crear y optimizar dashboards y reporting accionable para equipos internos y cliente
Documentar, formar y acompañar al cliente para aumentar su autonomía y madurez de su stack martech
Requirements
Conocimiento técnico sólido de HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub)
Dominio de workflows/automatizaciones y capacidad de explicar casos de uso concretos
Conocimiento sólido del modelo de datos de HubSpot (objetos principales, relaciones y dependencias)
Experiencia en reporting en HubSpot y criterio para construir dashboards útiles
Nociones funcionales de GA4 y GTM (eventos/medición) y cómo conectan con CRM a nivel operativo
Perfil con iniciativa y ambición por aprender (p. ej., evolución hacia otros CRM automation (como Salesforce) y nuevas capacidades como IA)
Mentalidad analítica, orientación a negocio y obsesión por el detalle
Capacidad de comunicar ideas complejas de forma simple (sin buzzwords)
Español nativo y nivel de inglés mínimo B2; comodidad trabajando con cliente y en equipo.
