Responsibilities
Lead the finance and administrative departments comprising a total of 11 international employees across Controlling, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Group Office Management
Develop and implement finance-strategic corporate objectives
Ensure group reporting in compliance with international standards
Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
Manage cash flow with respect to investments and the capital structure for corporate and project financing
Oversee audits in cooperation with external auditors and tax advisors
Provide strategic financial information to executive management and the board
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize tax strategies across international jurisdictions
Support company valuations and potential transactions
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional finance teams in a multinational environment
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate finance (particularly IFRS and HGB)
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English (min. C1) and German (min. C2) required
