Responsibilities
Product support for our Business Integration Suite
Logging and classifying support cases
Resolving support cases independently or together with 3rd level support
Working with customers to improve issues through appropriate problem management
Serving as a Designated Support Engineer for our premium customers
Supporting the support team with software updates, system analyses and service-related projects
Requirements
Good basic IT knowledge (networking, operating systems, ERP user knowledge)
Solid education, e.g., IHK-certified qualification as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualifications
Experience in IT administration, system or application support
Ideally familiar with EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI and API environments
Knowledge of communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers and databases
Good spoken and written German and English
