Responsibilities
- Lead and support a high‑performing Commercial Property Adjusting team
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership, mentoring and development to your team
- Drive performance, manage financial targets, and ensure compliance with Sedgwick processes and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with insurer clients, brokers, and internal partners
- Build trusted relationships and ensure claims are handled with professionalism, fairness and efficiency
Requirements
