About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Customer Risk Management for project clients
- Organizing and supporting due diligence reviews for customers and external service providers
- Identifying enterprise-level risks and developing risk mitigation measures
- Supporting, monitoring and assessing strategic initiatives and projects with respect to risks and risk treatment measures
- Assisting with risk policy issues and implementing the risk strategy
- Assessing customer risks and deciding on risk mitigation measures
- Promoting risk-aware behavior across the company
Requirements
- At least two years' experience in risk management in the financial sector
- Experience in payments and knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, ZAG, DORA)
- Analytical and strategic thinking; solution-oriented working style
- Clear communication and teamwork; willingness to take responsibility
- Enjoyment of complex tasks and self-initiative
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
- Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence; SQL skills for data analysis
