About the role

  • Team Manager leading two teams focused on application platform and support at SEB. Driving quality IT delivery and fostering a collaborative environment in a leading financial services group.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop two closely related teams
  • Oversee technical foundation for application development across multiple trading product areas
  • Provide expert operational and technical support for critical systems
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to create stable environments
  • Focus on IT delivery with emphasis on quality, security, and reliability
  • Manage financial planning, follow-up, and cost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with risk, security, and audit requirements
  • Promote agile working methods and a strong feedback culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience of leading and developing teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships
  • A coaching leadership style and a genuine interest in people development
  • Experience from leading initiatives where AI or advanced analytics have been applied in a practical and value-driven way (meriting)
  • Experience from working with trading systems or products; knowledge of Fixed Income is an advantage
