About the role
- Intermediate UX Designer in a technology company creating product experiences for desktop and mobile users. Collaborating with researchers, developers, and product managers to enhance usability and design systems.
Responsibilities
- Uncover user needs
- generate solutions through sketches and prototypes
- validate concepts and evolve designs based on data and user input
- Apply research findings, analytics, and usability testing to iterate and improve product experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for both desktop and mobile environments
- Contribute to and build upon the design system
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional trifecta (UX, Product, and Development)
- Partner with developers throughout hand off and build process
- Help document design decisions, patterns, and specifications
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UX design
- An online portfolio showcasing UX design work and process
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., User Experience Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or similar)
- Strong UX and visual design skills
- Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability heuristics
- Proven experience delivering design solutions in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces
- Proficiency with prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, or similar)
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong collaboration skills
- A curious, continuous-learning mindset
- Working understanding of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities
